Embedded WiFi Module HF-A11

Embedded WiFi Module - 802.11 b/g/n Industrial Temperature HF-A11
The low cost GC-HF-A11 Embedded WiFi Module provides 802.11b/g/n 2.4 GHz WiFi networking for a printed circuit board device design. The compact HF-A11 is a high performance feature rich embedded module and is available in a through hole pin header and surface mount version. Both mounting versions of the HF-A11 have the option of either an internal chip antenna or an U.FL / IPEX external antenna connection. The pin header version of the HF-A11 is also available with an SMA coaxial RF connector. (See the table below for a summary of the GC-HF-A11 ordering options.)

Interface with the HF-A11 via 10/100 Ethernet and high speed UART. Configure the device with a user-friendly web page or via an AT+ instruction set. The HF-A11 can operate in Infrastructure Station (STA) mode, Soft Access Point (AP) mode or AP+STA mode. Support for Router/Bridge mode networking is also provided.

With a small footprint, low cost, and rich feature set the HF-A11 Embedded WiFi Module is well suited for many applications. The module is small enough to be added to handheld devices. With an industrial temperature range the HF-A11 can be used in devices designed for harsh environments. Multiple mounting and antenna options allow the HF-A11 to be added to existing device designs or to provide engineers with the design flexibility to meet exacting requirements.
